Occupational Therapy Solutions is an OT and ST practice that specializes in evaluating and treating individuals including adults with disabilities, pediatrics, as well as working with the geriatric population to promote aging in place.
Our mission is to assist clients to embrace independence and improve quality of life through creative and positive experiences with daily activities.
We value the importance of skills needed to complete life with a purposeful and fulfilling approach. Each client is unique and special. Every intervention is tailored to meet the specific needs of the individual.
Our focus is on improving independence and safety within his or her natural environment. Our therapists have 10 + years experience in delivering evidence based and client centered interventions. We put the client's interests and needs first, increasing quality of life and maximizing potential to reach the goals of clients and families.

Paige Oliver, OTR/L is an occupational therapist who has been practicing for more than 9 years. She works diligently to serve individuals from all walks of life and is passionate about serving her community. In addition to being an OT, Paige is a PATH Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor.

Services are provided via clinic setting, in the home, community or telehealth options are available.
We also offer equine assisted activities to assist as an intervention for clients interested in therapeutic horsemanship.

Alecia Shepherd is a national board certified and state licensed Speech Language Pathologist. She received her Master's in communication disorders. Alecia has had the pleasure of working with a large variety of populations and disorders, but most of her 11 plus years has been primarily focused on pediatrics and specifically early intervention. She has a passion for providing intervention and support not only for the client but also their family. Her experience includes Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome, Apraxia, Language-Based Disorders, Fluency Disorders, Cerebral Palsy, Pragmatic Language Disorders, Articulation/Phonological Disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Alecia also serves as part of the TOTS savvy team in the assessment and remediation of tongue/lip ties.
Kailyn Baker is a national and state licensed speech-language pathologist. She received her Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from WKU in 2021. Kailyn has been a resident of London her entire life and is looking forward to serving the community. Kailyn was previously a teacher at East Bernstadt School, has worked with the geriatric population in long term care, and most recently was a speech therapist for Laurel County Public Schools. Kailyn enjoys treating patients of all ages. Her special interest include adult swallowing, aphasia, cognition, articulation/phonological disorders, and pediatric developmental delays.
Brooke Erich is a national board certified and state licensed occupational therapist. Although she has enjoyed working with Individuals of all ages, pediatrics has become her passion. She has a special interest in developmental delay, Down’s syndrome, cerebral palsy, and is a certified Autism Spectrum disorder clinical specialist.
